2009 JMML International Symposium
New Orleans, LA, 10 Dec 2009, 1200-1800, and 11 Dec 2009, 0800-1200
The mission of the annual JMML International Symposia is to establish an international scientific forum, driven simply by a focus on the JMML disease and not by country or institutional goals, that combines clinical, basic, and translational research in order to improve survivability among JMML patients.
The 3rd Annual JMML International Symposium was held in conjunction with the American Society of Hematology (ASH) meeting in New Orleans, Louisiana, on December 10th and 11th, 2009, and was made possible in part through grants from the National Cancer Institute (NCI) and the Office of Rare Diseases (ORD).
Participating in the 2009 conference were 52 JMML research scientists from North America, Europe and Japan.
