We aren't making any official endorsements about the sites below, but it should give you an idea of the time and energy involved with training for a marathon or other road race. Remember, please consult your personal physician before you begin any training program.
Don't feel intimidated by the number of miles shown on the schedules - you will build up your endurance in no time.
